Wide and strong - only this pair is needed!

They work great! I just picked up my first bike (on my way back now) and bought these straps after watching a youtube video showing how to tie a bike to a trailer. I was concerned because Harleys are pretty heavy, but you really only need these two straps (sold in pairs). I like that they are wide, durable and easy to use. I'm a woman who learned how to use it on YouTube in 5 minutes and would definitely recommend it!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

The best straps you can get

They're great, strong and inspire confidence in transporting your bike when you need it. I used them to purchase a new bike that I bought out of state. I would ride, but it's winter now. Of course, who wants to spend oodles of money on a bike and risk having their straps deteriorate hauling it home. You can easily cope with this task. I also suggest watching a video on how to tie your touch, do it right and you'll be fine.

The best harnesses are the best concept for tow bikes.

I should have bought them on the first run when SRK Cycles posted them here. rzunimag. ($30 vs. $37) The point is, these straps are worth every penny. I've used handlebar straps and squashed forks for years. Deep down I knew there was a better way but until I saw SRK's videos on Instagram and Youtube I never put them together. I'm so glad to have these. I would drive anywhere, but I'm in my 50s now. My wife prefers to drive across the states with little interest (for her) and then we can driveโ€ฆ

The best motorcycle straps I have ever used.

I just transported my 4 Harleys (2 Dyna, V-Rod and Sportster) to the covered storage area by myself using these straps. With these tank straps for the front forks, the bikes were very solid on my trailer. As an extra precaution, I also used a pair of swingarms. This created the feeling that the bikes were bolted to the trailer. Absolutely no movement. I'm sure just using the tank straps on the forks would have sufficed and attaching the swingarms was overkill, but for another $40 why notโ€ฆ

The strongest and most reliable fastening straps

It's the best time for straps! I've used these straps to tow my bike from Queens, NY and back to Lancaster, PA and my bike didn't budge an inch. These straps are very strong, reliable and easy to use. I highly recommend this product and encourage you to get it yourself. All you need is 2 straps to hold your bike. I put an extra strap on the handlebars in case I rebounded from potholes in New York and because I rode over 150 miles to my destination. This is important for those who are constantly

Straps do end up wearing out after one use

These straps held the bike up the entire ride to get to my customer. However, the end is so worn that it no longer fits in the gear hole. I also pinned the loose ends. That hasn't happened to me with any other tape I've ever owned. Even the ones I've used for decades haven't worn out yet. I'm disappointed in them, especially since it happened in just a 150 mile ride. If I want to keep using them I'll probably have to cut off the worn part and reheat the nylon, but this will reduce the length of

Heavy, strong, reliable

Purchased to attach a 1300lb bike to the trailer D-rings/mounting points. We've towed 1,400 miles on bad roads in Illinois and Wisconsin with no problems and with only a little loosening of the seat belts - without risk to the cargo. These are heavy duty harnesses that gave me peace of mind when I first rode a motorcycle. My only complaint is that opening the winch mechanism to release the straps isn't always easy, especially when compared to other straps with clips. When opening, even withโ€ฆ

These bad boys are made to last

Wow. these things work really great! I've used systems in the past that claim all you need is their product and nothing else to keep your bike upright. These claims turned out to be false. Tank Straps, on the other hand, simply carried a 700+ pound Harley for over 200 miles with no other equipment or straps. What I really have to point out is the fact that the suspension was unstressed, so don't worry about over-tightening the ratchet straps damaging your suspension on the way home or to theโ€ฆ
