Bought to use with a 2.5mm tip for 6600. Sprays large amounts of material for thicker paint. It washes well, the complete controller is compact and works perfectly.

I love this gun! I've been painting cars for over 20 years and this gun sprayed my large flakes effortlessly into my clear coat and gave an even finish. If you don't like this gun, you really have no right to spray paint.

I have 2 of these guns. The 1.4mm tip is for spraying oils and solvent based primers (because they are thinner) and the 2.0mm tip is great for thicker paint. I still dilute my paints to the right viscosity and this gun sprays like a champ. I've sprayed 100 gallons through it without a single problem. Usually spray cabinets and furniture.

I bought my "TCP Global Professional Gravity Feed HVLP Sprayer with 2.0mm fluid tip, 1 liter aluminum cup and air regulator" because I was tired of buying a gun for each nozzle size. You can change tip size on airless guns, not on HVLP guns. TCI Global sells other sizes of tip kits that fit this gun. I bought "TCP Global 2.5 Needle, Nozzle, Air Cap Set for G6600 Series Spray Gun" and it works great with this gun. I only want to sell guns with nozzles of different sizes.

My new TCP Global HVLP 2mm tip spray gun works great with slightly thinned latex and oil paints. My old gun was good for varnish and thin varnish but tended to clog with thicker material. I've used the new sprayer with primers and top coats for even coverage and good drying results. The small tubular filter at the top of the gun assembly catches any particles that might seep through my screen. The controls are precise and the pistol is well made.
