Kill the Flies for Garbage Bags

Works great! On a street tank, such a mechanical lever of the garbage truck rises and falls over, and the lid opens under the action of gravity. Places this on the inside of the lid next to the hinge to reduce the chance of scraping it when you dump it and it has worked for 4 pickups so far. And NO flies/larvae! No obvious odor, it just seems to have badly damaged a fly that used to be my bin (cat litter contents, bits of meat, etc.). For those who don't have glue, it's pretty small and kind of

Everything the other reviews say is true!

My poor husband was completely traumatized by the maggots in our outdoor pool after returning from vacation. Over the next few weeks I bleached and brushed like crazy inside and out. I basically tied up all the garbage bags that came in. However, it was a fly hotel and the larvae would crawl out and crawl outside like in a horror movie. I bought this based on other reviews and it was a silver bullet. The only flies in my jar are dead flies and the larvae are gone. The fly population around our…

It was great until it fell in the trash! 😔

About two weeks ago I discovered that our trash can is literally crawling with larvae. Instantly disgusted by the squirming slimy maggots, I went to Revane to find a cure; And I really found the cure! This thing worked great for about a week or even less! We determined that (after we removed the rubbish) the device must have lost its stick and fallen into the rough (but pit-free!) rubbish. I placed it exactly as indicated in the instructions. I'm so disappointed because it really seemed to…

Fruit flies are DEAD!

My 98 year old father just called me to say that hundreds if not thousands of fruit flies have been killed in his home today. I was visiting my father over the holidays and when I entered his house I was faced with swarms of fruit flies which must have come from our mild winter weather and his overly warm house. We tried many "homemade" mixes that we found on YouTube, but nothing special happened. When I left after the holidays, I thought about how I could kill those fruit flies that also got…

Lord of the flies in garbage, compost and lawn bags

I bought this product in August it is now November and I believe this product will last 4 months and let me tell you how it's been the last few months: the day after i glued the capsule to the lid, i noticed a few dead flies at the bottom of the bin, but many more live ones. I gave it a few days but the flies and maggots still lived in my trash can. After a few weeks I came to the conclusion that this product works so-so, it killed a few flies but not enough to solve my fly problem. Eventually…

Terro T800 - Kill beasts to keep you sane!

We have just moved into a newly renovated/upside down home. Everything is new, the house is clean, clean, clean! But we had this terrible problem - flies! We couldn't open the garage door, take out the trash, or even get in through the front door without the flies getting in. Given how sick these creatures are, I didn't want them in my house. Eventually I killed 10 in one day. in my house! Enough! We bought one of those rectangular zippers you see, renamed a thousand times, off Amazon for $40…
