    Eats wood great price

So far I've used them for rough cutting. My CCNC projects seem to work fine even if I go through one of my clamps once I hold my boards down because they were 3D printed on a 3D printer, but thick plastic 100% infill went through with no issues.

    Pros
    • Decent performance
    Cons
    • Negligible maintainability

    Affordable price, acceptable performance

I'm a CNC newbie and decided to try these bits instead of the more expensive ones. I had pretty slow feeds. It worked fine at first but got pretty hot and dull quickly, to be honest the bit was where it couldn't breathe well and I couldn't get the sawdust out of the tight hole it was working in.

    Pros
    • Great for a small home
    Cons
    • There are other interesting options.

    Save your money Scrap

Used for slicing cherries and iroko, runs at high feed speeds, vibrates horribly. I slowed down the IPM and ran it faster, it worked for a few minutes then it started smoking and went dull for 10 minutes. You get what you pay for and save your money for it, I bought 4 and if you don't cut MDF just these are junk. I replaced Jerry's 2-shaft bit and cut 3 times faster and also cut 18 more boards perfectly.

    Pros
    • Few competitors
    Cons
    • unreliable

    These are great tailors.

I mill a lot of aluminum and these grooves are very good and not as expensive as the ones I've used but they haven't lasted any longer than these. The price is excellent, the durability is comparable to more expensive ones. I ordered an extra one because if I'm working on a project and it's a little chipped or worn I can just pop in another one and keep working. It's all a hobby for me, so the price is important.

    Pros
    • Industrial & Scientific
    Cons
    • There are new competitors

CSU? I do not think so.

The first end mill didn't even go .125" into the cut of the 1018 CRS before it overheated and melted the tips on the ends. Blue about .200 until the ridges and corners GONE!. Don't waste your money or time on it. Not even worth my time to put in a return request. 0 stars across the board because I can't rate less than zero and Revain wouldn't let me rate me less than one star.

    End mill completely broken

I worked with him for probably about an hour, three different cuts in total. Maple approx. 1200 rpm at 55 ipm with .125 Doc. Whiteside Compression is a bit harder and lasts longer with no problems. The only reason I bought these is because they are cheap and shipped quickly. I would recommend just spending the money and getting better beats.

    • End mill
