Not impressed! I tried removing the broken bolt with the teeth at the front of the jaw, which seems like a good idea. However, they do nothing. The screw has only worn one tooth. Don't waste money.

If you have a pair of vises, buy them and throw away the old ones. I have a pair of regular vamps that I've been using for almost 5 years now and I tend to wear even Klein lines for the same amount of time. These things are amazing.

I removed some screws while servicing my 3D printer and so I couldn't replace my hotend. I bought them and removed several damaged screws in 10 minutes. They work like a charm, and as long as you're not trying to get into a space that's too tight, they make finding a stripped screw a lot easier than drill bit sets.

They are very well made and accurate. The jaws are specially shaped to grip the screw head, loosen the screws when the plate is removed and hold the screw securely when tapping. The best tool I've found for this purpose and also for grabbing small round objects. The jaws are notched and can damage the finish, but hold up very well. I think this is one of those specialty tools that not everyone will use, but when you need it, nothing else will do.

As far as the vise goes, this is actually one of the worst models. First, to grip bare screw heads, the tips of the jaws are too rounded to grip anything near a flat surface. Also, it's almost impossible to adjust the vise grips without biting your hand. And the lock/unlock feature is too unreliable/unstable to be effective. I have some cheap Home Depot grips that grip and hold better. The product looks beautiful. But it lacks any functional application. I will return these

I'm quite a fan of big name tools but these pliers are better than what I would call a big brand.
