Works great with iOS 10 and 11 (iPhone 7+ etc)

Update: It's been about a year and a half and two Jeeps (currently a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon) and many iOS updates later. and everything works like on the first day. Not only would I buy it again, I bought it for my boyfriend. This is what you need if you are using an iOS device. My other OBDII dongle couldn't communicate with my iPhone so I tried it. Transfers data to OBD Fusion well and stays connected to my phone perfectly after device update.

As for accessing a computer and providing data for the OBD Fusion app, I love it! As for its reliability, it's a big mistake. When I first installed it, it lost connection to the app after 1-2 minutes. After a while it worked better and kept the connection for 20-30 minutes, but this afternoon on the way home (about 20 minutes drive) it lost connection 6 times. Two nice use cases for the VeePeak Bluetooth OBD II diagnostic scanner.

I bought a VeePeak Bluetooth OBD II Auto Diagnostic Scan Tool for my husband who saw it recommended on at least one BMW forum.
