    Very durable! on Hand tools

    Very powerful. A little worried about the length and twist, but it's very durable. Happy with the product. Not very happy with delivery and communication. My package was lost with only one email added until it arrived two weeks late. Could use an optional update.

    A little too small, a little too smooth

    If the diameter were 2-3mm larger and the knurling less smooth (hardly there in my book) it would be great. But its diameter fits the heads of all my little ratchets just right, and the knurling is so smooth I can barely turn it with clean, dry hands. Looks like a bomb, but it's fake.

    Good quality: power tools and hand tools

    I only gave it a 4 because I would have to use it more and longer to give it a 5. The tool's performance over time deserves this rating in my book. When you're tired of using duct tape or duct tape to hold sockets in place, the pros need to avoid losing a small socket in a tight spot and then spending more time trying to find it than the entire project.

    Looks nice; No.: Power & Hand Tools

    Flat back makes some ratchets difficult to remove. A 3 or 4mm "hub" protruding from the drive end would certainly solve this problem. I also wish it had a bigger and thicker flange (I think ø28mm and 8.25mm would be great), with a deeper and more aggressive knurling. Might still come back. don't see that I use it often.

    big bone for wrench

    I only opened the box this afternoon so this is definitely not a long term review. Williams 30007 1/4 Gimbal Extension looks and feels good. I would have given it 5 stars but deducted one star just because this thing is quite thick, I could see it causing bottleneck access problems. I think I'll keep this one as a spare and order something thinner.

    Pivoting impact hubs stay in place and the sleeve is easily removed with oil-gloved hands. YES!

    Remember this is for 1 24 inch rod, the picture is very deceptive it shows 3 and not just 1. The rod has the name written in ink but the quality shines at this price to be good enough my worn locking pin hole sockets are very good, i am happy with them, the rating will be all stars except for the deception in the picture.

    Good value but no knurling and still OK

    I just have to put up with it and buy snap on extensions. They work well but every time I buy a cheap power strip it annoys me that it doesn't have a reel on top and none of the price oriented brands hold the socket really well. You can pull the snap-on and the nest will detach. It's kind of hit or miss. I probably use Craftsman sockets too. If you're a pro, get Snap-On.

    24 " extension with 1/4 " lock

    I bought a Williams 24" extension with 1/4" lock. I received it in a clear plastic bag in a brown shipping box. Extension looks high quality. The bag is marked with Williams part number, country of origin, description and barcode. Tether Saves time when I use it with a universal joint and connector on the wire clamps and electronic module mounts in the engine compartment.

    I have a 24" long Williams drive, 1/4" drive extension bought with lock. I received it in a clear plastic bag in a brown shipping box. The extension seems to be of high quality.     Well made but I like the Snap-on counterpart better

    This spinner is the exact same tool that Snap-on sells as the Blue-Point BLPSD14. It's well made, but smaller in diameter than my old TMS70A 1/4" snap-on lure, which I prefer. Like the Blue-Point, it's not stamped "Williams" anywhere (it has no mark at all) It was made in Taiwan. There's nothing wrong, but I probably won't use it much. Hmm, the picture lies. It's smaller in diameter and has a different friction pattern on the blade. It's a good tool and works well, but not as good as a better…

    I have been buying SnapOn tools for over 20 years. Williams is their commercial/industrial line. Overall great tools. I've had many different brands of latch extensions. One thing to look out for is a one-piece design. Some other brands use a two-piece design where a roll pin holds the locking head to the extension. The problem with this design is that the pin will wear out over time due to the repeated torque applied when using the extension. Then, seemingly always at the worst possible…
