I never write reviews but thought I should after buying two of these comforters! I haven't slept for almost 6 years thanks to a difficult pregnancy and child. It trained my body to only sleep a few hours at a time. I've tried everything and was blown away that the weighted blanket works so magically! From restless legs, insomnia, anxiety, this is instant relief! I'm putting it on as I write this and it's amazing!

I bought this blanket on the advice of my husband. I like the weight of dozens of blankets on me but not the sauna I got. This blanket gives me absolutely the right weight feeling. This is the BEST purchase I have ever made. I have suffered from insomnia for many years and have never been successfully treated. Also with numerous medical prescriptions and medicines. I am 5ft 4in and 137lbs. body weight plus 1-2 pounds. I have had trouble sleeping for several years. I wake up at least 6 times a night and it takes me up to an hour to fall asleep even when I'm tired. When I use a weighted blanket, I wake up less and fall asleep faster. Update 9/4/18: Love this duvet and feel like I could use more weight, I ordered a second duvet in less than two weeks. The new one is just as great quality but arrived a different shade of gray so I've posted a photo so you can see the difference (and that the squares are 6 inches as advertised). The first was a neutral to slightly warm mid-grey, the second a gray with a stronger blue cast (sorry I couldn't reproduce the exact colors but you can see the difference).
