A tantalizingly addictive taste to blockchain games based on NFT's that will need to continue expanding gameplay and features to retain the fantastic playerbase it already has
i love collectible card games and loved the experience of trying out a blockchain based card game but after my initial addiction, game felt overplayed with limited interest for future additions or new modes of gameplay.
Still, the scope for completely changing the game via the introduction of new modes, dapps, APIs is always engaging me enough to remain loyal.
Eagerly await continued growth and the addition of human capital to Splinterlands so the developers can become really free to explore the capabilities a blockchain based card game canachieve
Game being open source means that only human capital, technical know how and your imagination are the limits for the future of Splinterlands, blockchain based games and dapps.

- Community can be unresponsive or adverse to simple suggestions for a better newbie experience
