This hose is much stronger than the hose that came with my 4 gallon Craftsman Clean n Carry and is smooth on the inside which surprised me a lot. On my Master and many other hoses, they are ribbed on the inside, not smooth. Hoses with ribs on the inside should cause some airflow loss and also make it easier for dirt to get in.
