Best Decision Making Tool (Salesforce Analytics Cloud)

We are using intelligent ABM in our organization for about one year now, It has helped us to understand customer behavior and their buying journey very well. The platform is easy to use and have all required features at its disposal like real time insights which gives us a lot of power over customers' journey. Not much as I feel it can be improved only if they add some other cool features along with this tool. As per my experience so far i would say that Intelligent ABM should definitely try…

Great Product , Amazing Platform and Team

I like how easy it is to use, even if one isn't very familiarized in this kind of software or toolset! It's not that difficult for someone who knows what they're doing but also has little experience using such tools (like me). The user interface could be better as well - some things are hard/impossible without knowing exactly where everything should go / which button does something etc.. But overall great product + team behind!! Definitely try them out at least once before making your decision…

Great way keep you top-of mind with customers and prospects

The ability to track performance, as well as identify opportunities not currently being pursued by our sales team is key in allowing us to make informed decisions about future campaigns or changes within existing ones. I would like for it be able to pull from other sources of intelligence (i.e., Salesforce) rather than just Google Analytics so that we can get additional insight into what's working vs. those areas where there may need improvement - but this has been helpful overall!
