We weren't expecting this, but our son complains that grains of sand get caught in the mesh, making it quite uncomfortable to use at sea. When used in the pool there is no such problem, but he usually carries jammers there. Since we wanted to use it in the sea, it didn't work for us.

We've been buying these swim trunks for our boys for a number of years. The quality is excellent, as are the models. They've always been large, however, but this year we found that the company must have adjusted the sizes on at least some models (not all). We bought a 5/6 last year so got a size 7 this year but found the 7 is now smaller than the 5/6.

Bought for my little 7 year old grandson - now he looks pretty stylish running around the club or jumping in the lake. The pockets may not be deep enough to hold all necessary items.

They fit my 7 year old grandson perfectly and he loves them. He picked them when we shopped online so the style was a hit. Quality made, dries quickly, does not fly off. Adjustable drawstring.

It's now the middle of winter and I was able to snag them on sale. They seem very comfortable and of good quality. He will love her!

These pants are great for swimming. My son really liked how the ties tighten from the inside of the waistband. They were a lot lighter than most briefs he had before, the mesh inside was of good quality and the pattern was very nice too.

We bought a size 5-6, my son is 4 but he wears a 5t, the shorts fit him well and he still has room to grow into them so should last 2 seasons. We love the colors and they look comfortable

These stems are great. Good fit, durable material and stylish. My son loves her. For 8 years I have only bought these swimming trunks and they have proven themselves. The only downside is that some of them will fade a bit after about 3-4 years which I think is to be expected due to the high sun exposure.

I ordered a size 14-16 for my chubby/husky (about 100lbs), average height, 9 year old son. Fits well. They fit around the waist and are not too long in the legs. He knew how to carry himself.

My son usually wears 14-16 brands like Nike but we ordered 14-16 and they were so big they ordered 10-12 which is what he is wearing in the photo.

My son chose these because the colors reminded him of police sirens. He loves anything police related. He wore them every time we went swimming and after so many washes they look brand new.

My son's foreskin was meshed in 2 places and swollen to the size of 2 peas. I had to carefully cut through the fabric to loosen it. Terrible network quality. Otherwise good swimming trunks.

It may sound crazy but yesterday my 6 year old son was wearing this swimsuit and a tiny bit of his penis skin got stuck in the mesh hole. I didn't realize it until I tried to take off my bathing suit. It was very scary and we had to cut the mesh very carefully with sharp thin scissors being careful not to damage the skin. The part that was stuck became inflamed so that it swelled on the other side (it was impossible to just pull it out), and the mesh was really squeezing everything. Apparently…

These are the only swim trunks my son will wear in the summer. The quality is excellent. Even after many washes, it keeps its color and shape. It also fits in size.

These shorts gave my 4 year old a chemical burn. I would have thought he was just raw but he has blisters everywhere his shorts touch him!

Wow, how small! My son is 6 years old and skinny so I went for size 7 after reading reviews saying they are small. He could hardly lift her, the waist was so small. The inner area of the net also appeared to be smaller than usual. The length was ok. He said they were too tight so we're coming back. And the material is strange, cheap and shiny. If this is a true shorts company, I think they've outsourced too much.

Good quality, I like the shorts. But I couldn't even put them on my baby's butt. He's stocky instead of skinny, but still wears regular baby 8s! These shorts don't give at all! No stretch. So one size for older children. I like them a lot, so next time I'll order a size up. Need size 10/12, size 8 doesn't fit my 5 year old. 47 inches tall and about 73 pounds.

I bought these trunks for my little friend because they remind me of my old school surf trunks and they didn't disappoint. They were true to size and of good quality. My husband let him play with them outside while digging and I thought they would never get right. I sprayed them with stain remover and threw them in the wash and they're like new. I would definitely buy again. By the way. The weight chart does not go down low enough to show an accurate representation of my child. He is 4.5 years…

Very cute, perfect for the pool, but mesh underwear is not very suitable for the beach. Sand penetrates there and causes severe irritation. We just cut it out and they were perfect

Fits my son perfectly! I cut out the mesh because he doesn't like the way it feels, but other than that it fits as expected. There was no strange smell like some other swimsuits.
