Works as it should but the trolley itself is terrible. It just keeps flipping over and over again. Not very well balanced

As a retired pipe fitter I am used to using professional torches. I bought this setup to do a small project that required silver soldering. The flame I needed was available but needed a lot of tweaking. They're worth the money, but they're not a bargain.

First of all. It's a small setup with a ridiculously small oxygen tank. I realized I bought it. The mapp gas valve requires some fiddling to get the right flame. Just remember to add some fuel every time you try to light it up. Add oxygen until the flame doubles in size, then turn the mapp down until you get a very nice dense blue flame about 3/4 inch long. I really wanted it to work. I connected the mapp cylinder and opened the valve and nothing happened. I did the same with a propane tank and again there is no gas in the burner head. this is number 2. The first oe did the same and the oxygen threads were pulled taut. The replacement came immediately. If I can't get it to work I only get a refund.

It is not very practical. And this part is not the fault of the manufacturer but of me due to my insufficient research prior to purchase. Oxygen gives 12 to 20 minutes of use. And it costs about $12. So what can you really do in that little window? If you're using it to scrape metal, forget to move backwards and you probably have access to a blue wrench on the wheels. This kit replaces a Bernzomatic soldering torch I bought years ago that never worked properly due to the horrible individual valves on the tank ports and the lack of secondary valves on the handle.
