Description of Winters Economical Pressure Internals: Precision Testing, Measuring & Inspecting

Brass wetted parts for measuring non-corrosive liquid and gas pressure. Circular dial is enclosed in a steel case for corrosion resistance. Measures pressure with dual scale (psi/kPa)/(Hg. vacuum/kPa). Display accuracy is + or - 3/2/3% over the entire range of the gauge (ASME B40.100 Grade B). Lower mount or center back male connection with either 1/8" or 1/4" NPT rate.

Works great with Hayward pool filter

My wife bought a used Hayward pool pump and filter, when I started using it I found the pressure gauge was broken. A little research showed that the Hayward replacement was overpriced junk so I sought and found the Winters line of sensors. So far it works great, tells me when to flush the sand filter when the pressure is off. He must do that.

Works but is affected by vibration

I bought a 0-30 pressure gauge and it works as advertised. However, I installed it on my diesel outboard motor, which vibrates a little. The needle quickly jumps about 10psi above and below actual pressure, making it very difficult to read. I put a second sensor on the motor that checks for accuracy. I put a pressure gauge on the end of an 8 inch rubber pressure hose and if I hold it away from the engine the pressure gauge will stabilize. But when I mount it next to the engine (where it usually

Cool clinical thermometer! fits pressure gauge and vacuum gauge

Very good pressure gauge, going for my third because I can be careless at work and fall or exceed the pressure. But for your hard-working dollar, it's well worth it if you take care of it. I route mine from factory air to a 90 degree valve, to a pressure regulator, then from a Winters gauge to an air cartridge. I use this pressure gauge to check and monitor coolant systems on diesel buses. I use this to apply as little as 16psi or 11psi depending on the engine to find coolant leaks and check…
