They scammed me for $350000.

I deposited tokens, exchanged to BTC and tried to withdraw. They didn't process my withdrawal. They say they process withdrawals in 12 hours, so I contacted their support next day after my withdrawal was requested. Now it's 2 weeks since I contacted their support, they still didn't respond to me about the withdrawal. They don't want to even talk about it. Their standard response is "As we replied to you before, your case is being handled by our compliance department.

If you don't want to be in the situation like mine - don't ever use this exchange.
