Security and transparency concerns.
I was affected by the hack on september 25.
I had an order in, and while I went to sleep, the order filled. When I woke up, the projects trading had been stopped and the funds frozen.
It has been a month. Kucoin has repeatedly said it will cover losses with insurance. If they do, I will rewrite my review but I’m losing hope.
It seems like they mostly restored services for the teams that did token swaps. The token I bought is a true decentralized project that can not do so. We are repeatedly asked to “please be patient and wait for updates.” This is discouraging.
Very disappointed.
