Review on KuCoin by George Kokkonas

I recently joined Kucoin, I had funded my account and was able to trade. Then made a simple BTC to ETH transfer, the system shows the transfer amount, BUT I cannot access it via the KuCoin system. I am not sure if its a system glitch either way very frustrating to not be able to access my funds. Even more frustrating is the Customer service as the stupid text bot is worthless, and perhaps that is part of the misleading 24/7 customer service statement. The email customer service has no follow through and will not respond to my initial assigned cases! it has been over 48hrs. Beware this system will lock your funds.
