I had a 24 inch door that I needed to keep the pup in the cage. Most standard baby gates don't work with an opening that small so this was perfect. The gate closes securely and you can open it in any direction, especially if you have large breed dogs that love lying in front of locked doors. It doesn't come with extensions so the only problem was that I wanted to use it differently areas of my house - but it's not wide enough!

I got the gate because the door opening we were trying to block was smaller than usual. The gate fits perfectly! The latch at the top of the gate is very strong and sometimes too strong so be careful with your fingertips. After 2 months of use, the internal parts of the latch broke.
