Excellent value for money - Fuel system

Excellent carburetor!. As close as a bolt and forward you can get. It remains only to adjust the idle. Works great on a Ford 460. Uses a mr 1933 gasket adapter to fit an Edelbrock Performer header.

Pros
  • Spare parts
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Cheap Chinese junk!

Did what it needed to do to get it ready for fitment, worked fine for about 15 minutes, stopped working. RETURNED Could it have been built Friday afternoon or Monday morning?

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

No diagrams, no instructions.

No diagrams, no instructions. Even after the mechanic looked at it, the carburetor clicked, caught fire. The engine ran well with the old 600, only revved around 3000rpm, couldn't lower it. Update, after 2 days of fuss I decided to remove it. Noticed a blackened area around the base of the carburetor. I pulled it out, replaced the gasket with the carburetor, reinstalled it and the wall started right away. If it bursts through the carburetor / catches fire, the most logical thing would be to…

Pros
  • Fuel system
Cons
  • So far so good
