📱 Protective Hermitshell Case for Fujitsu ScanSnap iX100 Wireless Mobile Scanner Review

I'm glad it was available and even more glad I bought it. The scanner is a dream and to be able to protect it in my portfolio at this price is awesome!

Scanner looks good, scanning resolution is ok, but a bit thicker, which you may need for scanning, cannot be used, charging the scanner Battery doesn't seem to go away on its own at times and Wi-Fi sometimes won't connect to your phone. ScanSnap application needs many improvements because you cannot crop the scanned items and cannot access the image after scanning.

Once you get rid of the smell (which eventually goes away) you will love the case. The iX100 fits perfectly and there is a cable pocket. Very worth the price.

I bought three different Hermitshell cases which just arrived today. Great case, good protection for potentially harmful electronics to toss in a bag but people don't lie about the smell. Three put something in the air and hopefully that horrible oily smell will go away as I have a few weeks to get them back. I hope they clear up soon and are usable. The perfect case for your Fujitsu portable scanner. Fits perfectly and has a small mesh/cable pocket. The hard case protects the scanner in any case.

This bag is a must for the Fujitsu ScanSnap iX100 mobile scanner! Very high quality. Fits like a glove with durable body materials. Durable zipper. A small inner pocket for the power cord and USB-C adapter for my new MacBook. And a charging handle. This scanner is absolutely the best out there and with this case I can easily toss it in my backpack. Well done and highly recommended!

The iX100 is the scanner I probably use to scan 90% of my documents. I used the previous s1100 mobile scanner for many years until it had image sensor issues. Paired with my iPhone and the Scansnap app, the iX100 never ceases to amaze customers when I don't have to erase original documents to copy them. I highly recommend this device as a must-have for attorneys and anyone who needs portable scanning capabilities without having to carry a laptop.

I just love this item! I bought it for use with a MacBook Pro with limited expectations based on my experience with other wireless scanners. Just open the scanner and it magically connects over Wi-Fi. Every time! Give it a piece of paper and it will scan it (one side) and the scanned image will appear on your computer.
