Great product, best parts

I used this to hook up a newer Saginaw pump to an 81 power steering box in a 65 C10 pickup. The high pressure line was a small project to build without the right tools, but so far it's working well. It came with all kinds of different fittings for different kinds of applications.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not sure

Installation is not easy.

It helped. But if you watch their installation video, the person just puts the fittings on the end of the pressure line with their hands and just twists them by hand. I don't know what inhumanity it is, but it had to be smeared with a hammer. vices and vices. Please keep in mind that installation is a chore.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Brief instructions

Garbage! Don't buy, go to a parts store that makes hoses

Didn't work at all, couldn't install fittings on the hose even with a hammer and grease, after you finally fitted them cut the Hose off and blew the fitting On first use ICT does good things and the Gates hose was good but they don't match it was the biggest waste of money building my truck.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Garbage in a box in high-pressure hoses

Sounds great in theory. I read the reviews and felt that maybe the users weren't that good at writing strings. Well I'm wrong, this set is total crap. The line does not match the fittings at all and trying to get the fittings to work will result in you damaging the product rendering it unusable and likely non-returnable. Literally the worst thing I've ever bought from Revain and I've bought some stupid stuff. Save time, go to the top, buy the right line and do it right. I think you let me down…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Updates

Believe what others say!

I wish I had heard other reviews saying it was rubbish! It's absolute rubbish. Fragola fittings and no problem. The problem is the cheap hose they send in the kit. I installed this on my '05 Jeep TJ when I was replacing the pump and transmission and literally on my first off-road drive the upper fitting on my pump popped. I fixed it and in less than 30 minutes the bottom fitting blew. The photos clearly show that the hose failed and the line broke from the fitting and the outer rubber sheath…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Obsolete model

Driven 600 miles...

Driven 600 miles with this hose set and the high pressure hose burst right out of the fitting. Before you say I didn't install it properly, I installed all of my high pressure field serviceable hydraulic hoses on my Jeep for years with no problems. This kit was suitable for replacing the engine, so I decided to give it a try. Did. Bad decision. The fitting threads on the outside of the hose are not aggressive enough to cut the outside wall of the hose and the hose will fall out of the fitting…

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • Will be added later
