These tabs were purchased to add an extra shelf to our standard cabinets at HomeDepot. They fit perfectly in pre-drilled holes. The extra grommets you got from Homedepot were too thick for the pre-drilled holes and I didn't want to drill new cabinets to fit. They are slightly higher than the ledges that come with cabinets. So if you're adding a shelf to align it, make sure you buy enough for the entire row of shelves to sit flush.

These little pegs seemed like a suitable replacement for my myriad of bookshelves that lacked proper support. The pens are durable and installing them is fairly easy. However the top of the pen is too thick so when the shelf is lowered onto the pens it sits on top of the peg rather than on the actual peg platform. I have a cabinet I bought years ago and have lost most of the broken pins. I measured the existing pins and bought a 5mm clear replacement. I was very excited that they arrived for me to use the cabinet in my home office. No fun. "Jagged Stems" are not jagged at all. I put them in and they fly right out. I may need longer legs but they just don't work for me in this particular office. I'm sure I can find other uses for them, but not much for the current purpose. I also tried tricking the closet

I live in an apartment and the first aid kit was missing a few pins on the shelves. They are larger than the ones I've had before which were thin 90 degree L shaped pins. As I began installing I noticed that they have a slightly larger pin diameter and I had to strain and wiggle to get them flush with the board.
