Just made this on a 1000+ mile trip with a full pack. In some places along the way it was pouring with rain and not a drop got in. The included bungee straps aren't useless, but they're close. I bought a cargo net to put on top to hold it (which wasn't really necessary) and ended up just using the cargo net straps to secure the entire load. They say it doesn't need to be secured as the weight holds it down and it may. But I didn't want to rely on it. (Also, if it ends up empty, secure it with a

Quality bag that protects well

I needed a truck bed to protect Christmas boxes and luggage. This bag was great. We tested it at -21 degrees and heavy snowfall. The packaging was so thick that there was no risk of it tearing or tearing. The only drawback is the restricted opening. The heavy duty zipper only runs about 10 inches (rough measurement) down the sides of the bag. So to pack the bag really well, you either have to climb in or put it against the back door while you stuff things in it. Then slide the bag back (worked…

Better than expected

Well, I was originally looking for a trunk cover, but I saw a lot of flaws; - Expensive - Not all waterproof - Cargo rolls and hits the edge of the bed - Can't install the trunk due to a headache - All your stuff usually ends up in front of the bed after you quit and it's a pain in the ass. I wanted something waterproof and easy to work with. Was a little worried it would make a noise when flapping in the wind, but ordered it anyway. As long as I like it It's easy to attach, doesn't make any…

Worked like a champ on a 3600 mile road trip

I've been looking for something like this for years to store gear in the back of my long F-150 bed with tool box. On a trip in 2011 I used an RV hull but prefer an open platform for portability. Besides, it looks better. I have just returned from a month long 3600 mile trip in the western states where I slept every night during the trip. The bag has fantastically withstood a strong wind, several strong thunderstorms. Everything was left as dry as I prefer, at least out of sight. And behind it…

Great waterproof solution!

My wife and I have been looking for a waterproof solution for a long time. We found that almost all truck covers were NOT truly waterproof, and we needed something as our family grew and we couldn't stuff all of our stuff in the cab of our truck. We stumbled across this solution and accidentally bought it two days before a 700 mile trip to Colorado. He was just in time to grab it and head out. I was more than satisfied with the performance. When we left it was 84 degrees and it was raining…

Very poor quality - PLEASE SEE UPDATE

I ordered this from Revain and it was received on the 1st. Since then I have used the bag twice - once in late December and once. in June 2015. As you can see from the attached photos, the bag has not been abused. But as you can see, the flash has already broken. Unfortunately, the company's website states that the bag is only guaranteed for 90 days. Given the price of this product I think it's reasonable to expect it to hold up much better than it already has. Like I said, I've used the bag…

Good product! Really happy!

This summer of 2108 I used it on two trips from Dallas to Colorado Springs and from Dallas to South Padre Island. This bag rides well in the back of a truck, it inflates and takes some getting used to, but poses no safety issues as long as the bag is full. As we faced the rain I actually found that a plus because the pain never builds up on the bag. Our no-luggage road has very little traffic and I'm an aggressive driver. The second ride I forgot the bag was back in the truck and I drive so…

Great waterproof bag BUT.

Just got back from using the bag for the first time. On the outgoing two-day trip, there was moderate to heavy rain on both days. On the way back it rained lightly to moderately for part of the day. In all cases the contents were absolutely DRY - not a drop of moisture in the bag. Bag made of hard-wearing, polyurethane-like synthetic material, high-quality workmanship. The seams are sewn and taped. All corners where the rings are located are reinforced with canvas strapping. The hole is at one…

It works as advertised, less than expected but does what it says on the tin.

I had a short trip inland and with a baby and toddler on the trip with an extra family, my trip couldn't be inland with only my expeditionary storage space. I was considering buying a small enclosed trailer for about $2000 and adding a roof rack which meant some assembly and I still had to tie things to my roof to fit everything in and the small clamshell body just wasn't good enough. I have a small 4x8 universal trailer. for odd jobs, so I figured let me find a way to just drag this thing onto
