Great product - keeps Employees up-to date

I love that it is an easy way to keep track of skills needed by employees in our organization. It helps us with hiring decisions as well. There are some features we would like but this tool does what its designed too do very effectively. This program has helped me organize my job responsibilities better than ever before. The benefits far outweigh any downsides. We have used other programs at past companies which were not effective or user friendly so when looking into new tools this was one of…

Track Star Skills Tracker Helps Keep Employees Trained

I like that it is so easy to use right out of the box without having any training or previous experience in using skills management software. It doesn't have as many features as some other programs but this also makes it easier to understand how everything works together once you are familiar with what can be done within each section. Great tool - especially when paired w/ Talent Management

The ability to track employee skills is very helpful in keeping up with the changing needs of our workforce. It allows me to keep an eye out for gaps that may need filling as well identify training opportunities before they become obsolete. I wish there was a way to export this information into other programs so it could be used for succession planning purposes. Easy way for tracking job performance

I love how easy it is to use this software. It helps me keep track of what my employees are doing and where they are at in their training. I wish you could customize your own reports and add more information. This is not something that I have come across yet but maybe it's because I haven't used it enough. I like that it's simple to use with ease of navigation throughout all levels (employee/manager). It can be difficult at times when trying to find or locate what you're looking for in particular areas such as training needs, performance reviews etc., but this is expected since they are still under development. Intuitive tool used daily - must buy!

The best part is that it helps me track all my employees skills in an organized fashion with easy to access reports. We can easily create various types of surveys and use them very effectively. Great tool for tracking and managing employee performance

It's easy to use in conjunction with the HRIS software we already have at work. Some of our employees are self-starter learners, but it is still difficult to keep track of their progress through the program.
