A great idea! - Computer and accessories

We have been using the HotCall Box for several years and can't do without it anymore! Of course, some improvements could be made (the ringer is LOUD, no volume control and only the phone connected to the set-top box can answer, so if you're in another room RUN), but overall the product has served us well . Only occasionally do I disconnect from the network even after hanging up after answering the call within the allotted 10 seconds. I think the problem has more to do with the telemarketer on…

Old, possibly obsolete, but DEFINITELY not obsolete

I bought the HC3000 a few years ago and haven't gone online without it since. There are a few quirks, but mostly they are related to your phone and ISP or settings. It always rings twice correctly (and only twice. LOUD!) when someone calls over the network. This slows my connection down by about 5 seconds during a call, but that's nothing to complain about, you can only expect so much from a phone line at once. Answering it and speaking for more than a few seconds will lose your internet…

Waste Of Time With Modems

I ended up returning this product because after many, many calls to tech support and numerous calls to my phone company, they finally determined that my win modem was not compatible with this product. .shock!
