Description of ⚙️ Uncoated High-Speed Counterbore by Alvord Polk

Used to enlarge existing holes. One piece construction including the pilot. Round shank tools are cylindrical and should be held in a good quality tool holder in order to prevent the counterbore from slipping in high torque applications. High-speed steel is a common general purpose steel for cutting tools, is compatible with a variety of materials, and tends to be lower in price. Uncoated (bright) tools have no finish or coating. They are a good choice for general purpose applications.

Expert Cutting with Uncoated Counterbore

This Counterbore tool has provided exceptional precision cutting. Its uncoated finish doesn't flake and the tool's durability guarantees quality with every use. Industrial and Scientific consumers will appreciate this accessory's reliable performance standard. The only concern we have is its price point, which is a bit high for some users.

Pros
  • Produces smooth and accurate holes
Cons
  • May experience faster wear and tear compared to coated counterbores

Sharp, really sharp. He drilled holes in the aluminum as intended. Fast swallowing, good packaging. Anyway, overloaded.

Cons
  • Disappearing image

Good quality at a low price

I needed to drill 6 holes in aluminum for a reloading press, I made a spare base, didn't want to spend a fortune so bought this. It worked fine, dangled a bit from a hole but that was because the clamp wasn't tight enough. I recommend and will buy from these people again

Pros
  • Used to enlarge existing holes
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
