This is a five star product apart from a few aspects of the lid design.

The lid of this product consists of two parts that are permanently connected by spot welding or other method. If there were two changes to the lid, the product would have received five stars. top/outer lid, bottom/inner lid. If we could easily split the lid in two, it would be easier for us to change/inspect the filters, and the filters could be made slightly larger to fit better. With the lid now constructed, the main filter cannot be inspected/replaced without being damaged/deformed, leading…

I bought this desktop compost bin for my girlfriend as her old one was starting to leak. Delivery was quick and I brought it to her home on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in the spring. I have no complaints about this compost bin so I'm giving it five stars because that's how Revain reviews work. However, based on the few reviews I'm currently reading, I guess the main reason I'm happy with this bin (aside from the fact that it does its job perfectly) is because I really understand what a compost bin is is container and what belongs to composting.
