Unsatisfied item for GPS, finder and accessories

This was my first experience with fitness bands and what a disappointment. I researched for a while and bought the Reign hoping to have the same experience as my Bluebuds X. Unfortunately that didn't happen. Upon receipt I found that I couldn't use it as surprisingly there was no Android app support! Now that the app has been released I've had nothing but connection issues, sync issues and the like. Followed all the recommended steps in the list of FAQs on the support page, but to no avail…

At first I liked it. Best in GPS, Finder and Accessories

I really liked it at first. then 3 weeks later the automatic update killed it. It just didn't work all together anymore. I called Jaybird customer service and they explained that something in the update fried it. Revain sent me a replacement and everything was fine for about 3 more weeks. He stopped tracking my sleep last week! This causes problems with the jump zone feature that sets my daily goals. Since I can't manually enter a goal in the app, my goals for the day are insanely low, which…

This is a great looking activity tracker with a great fit

This is a great looking activity tracker with a great fit. Very comfortable to wear and that was my main reason for choosing this tracker. But the buyer should be warned: the software is very buggy and Android release promises are being pushed back month after month. I'm tired of paying full price for a semi-functional device and now the price has come down just a few months after it was launched. Jaybird's marketing team is skilled. You really must look past beautiful models, videos and…

It is in order. Ordered a new one with no problem

The first one ordered was dead. It's fine. I ordered a new one with no problems. The second one I received I wore for 8 days. During that time, I realized that I didn't like the app, it didn't track my swims as expected, it skipped some of my steps, and the list goes on. The clasp is really cool but I felt like it kept falling off until I finally lost my nearly $200 device on the subway because I was taking off my jacket! Oh! I was so disappointed in this product overall. It doesn't connect to…

    Doesn't work as advertised!

I bought it mainly for cycling. I'm an avid mountain biker and need a band that monitors my heart rate and cycling so I can combine data and progress towards my fitness goals. The armband was not tracking the correct time and distance I was on my bike, I had the correct ankle strap adjustment and it was giving me a lot of incorrect data. After using it for a few weeks, I noticed that the GO Zone feature only worked 1 time out of 5. This product was supposed to track sleep activity patterns but…

    Perfect solution but doesn't work.

I REALLY wanted to like this device. They create the right product, but it just doesn't work. I run local races and need an activity tracker that includes heart rate to get an idea of how my recovery is going and if I'm overtraining. Unfortunately. , I couldn't get the display to stay responsive, the iPhone app often couldn't find the device, and the Go Zone only worked one morning out of five. I was willing to forgive a lot and wait for an update. This device looks like a pre-beta and I'm just

    Inaccurate tracking and skin peeling

I work at my desk from 9am to 5pm, ride my bike 10 minutes to and from the office, and spend about an hour and a half between weight training and cardio at the gym. I've been cycling 30 minutes at the gym for a month and never once has the tracker read anywhere near 30 minutes. One thing I couldn't understand was the jump zone. The score will always be in the 2000+ range, and after missing my goal for a month I figured the tracker would understand my daily routine and adjust accordingly…

I really wanted to love REIGN. He liked the idea very much.

I really wanted to like REIGN. The idea of this really appealed to me. And I know how sometimes negative reviews can be completely wrong, because it's usually the angriest or annoyed people who write the reviews, not the happy people. Unfortunately, REIGN is very inconsistent with steps. how.huge. I ran 8 miles, had a Nike Run phone, an iPhone health tracker, and REIGN. Both Nike and Apple Health covered 8 miles (and I checked the distance via Google Maps). REIGN registered 6 miles. That's a…
