The ease to use this system is amazing! It makes it easy for our team members who have never used an order management program before (or any computer at all). I like that its very user friendly for both employees who use it daily as well those in customer service roles who interact via phone or chat to our customers. The system isnt all inclusive though so you need more addons such us live appointment management if needed which would save much time! My only complaint about this system is that I wish it was possible to create groups within an account so that my clients could have a different user name than mine for creating orders, etc. When everything goes smoothly, it's very easy and quick to use. As long as you're not looking down at your screen while typing (I know it sounds silly) everything types fine!
