Hold out: adapters and multiple sockets

Maximum current 5A, maximum power 60W, more than most adapters of the same size. Pay attention to the power consumption of your LED strip. On average, a 5050 RGB LED corresponds to a load of 0.24W. Most strips contain 300 LEDs in a 5m roll. That's 72W drawing 6A on a 12V circuit.

Pros
  • Convenient to use
Cons
  • So-so

Your radio will be useless while this device is running on

. It generates a lot of radio frequency interference. Your radio is useless while this device is on. This can interfere with your WiFi and other RF dependent devices. If it's important to you, look for power adapters with the FCC logo on the label. It's not like this. They shouldn't even be sold in the US if they don't qualify. This is FCC Part 15 law. Since there is no security, such things are sold. Since I'm listening to my radio, it's no use to me. I'll just throw them away. Beware.

Reason for purchase: 1. I needed it to eat.

Reason for purchase: 1. Required to supply the required voltage (12V DC) and current (5A) to a full-fledged single color LED strip (LEDMO 5630 LED Strip). Place of use: 1. Stands on the kitchen worktop, in the corner, both during use and when idle. 1.a. Table top - laminate Use results: 1. Successfully fed the entire LED strip and so for 3 months without any problems. 1.a. Typical usage is 4 hours per day, continuously. 1.b. Disabled when not in use (socket not connected to wall switch).2…

Works perfectly. Simple and profitable

Works great. Easy and a lot! This unit easily covered the LED strip that was installed for 16ft strip 5630. Not sure if it matters, but I attached four small semi-domed transparent silicone door bumpers to the underside of this transformer to power it up little to keep out. is the contact surface. Just to keep it cool so it lasts longer. And they also prevent slipping. FYI - the plug it plugs into is on the wall switch to turn the light on and off. I wasn't aware of this, but there is a 1-2…

Stays cool, fits LED barrel connectors

This power supply looks like any other laptop power supply. It has a block and power cord that goes into a wall outlet and a DC power cord with a barrel connector (female) that plugs into most LED connectors (male). The device runs cool and doesn't get hot at all. I actually bought a "MagicHome" LED strip that came with a 12V 2A power supply which got quite hot after a few minutes of use. This is a 7.5m 5050 RGB LED strip that was so hot that actually detaching it from the wall was a problem…

LEDMO power supply 12V, 5A failed after 3 months

This is a review for: LEDMO power supply, transformers,LED adapter, 12V, 5A Max, 60 Watt Max, for LED Strip (LEDMO SMD2835). It worked great for about 2.5 months, after which I noticed the LEDs gradually dimmed. After another two weeks they were very noticeably dark (compared to their original brightness). They stayed like that for another month (very weak), and then I measured the wire that powers the LEDs to check the current. It was 1.1 amps. I then powered the LEDs with my desktop power…

*Almost instant LED strip lighting!

this adapter solves my problem! My problem: I had a "complicated" setup for an LED strip under the cabinet that plugged into a smart socket, which in turn was turned on and off by an IR motion sensor. My desired outcome is when I walk into the kitchen at night in the dark, the IR motion sensor detects my movement and activates the smart plug to power the LED strip. Except that there was a whopping 4 second delay between the moment the motion sensor detects movement (nearly instantaneous…
