Amazing service and quality through BlueJeans

The ability for our agents in India who are remote from customers all over Canada (and vice versa) has been amazing! They can see what they're doing at any given time with no lag or delay between them speaking into their headset/mic versus seeing it when we have someone else nearby so not missing anything important. It's hard sometimes as I'm located here where everyone works together but still need this support team back home - even though there isn't much difference since both teams work…

Pros

We've used LiveVox since 2012 and have been delighted with the level of service provided and the expertise of the engineers behind the software. A great place to work, great culture, amazing people and high standards. LiveVox is fast becoming a go-to vendor for any CRM integration, for example Salesforce. LiveVox has great leadership who give us confidence in their vision and commitment to achieving it. I am the only person at my company who uses livevox (and I'd love to spread the word)…

Pros
  • They are very flexible, even though they have only one product, you can customize the product and your own solution as much as you want.
  • Their documentation is very clear and easy to understand, you can also easily find answers by browsing their knowledge base
  • The team is extremely helpful when you need help or questions.
Cons
  • The pricing is a little steep, but once you have an account, you will not regret paying.
  • Their software takes a while to get going, it is a little complicated and may seem overwhelming.

The system has a lot of functionality. It is easy to navigate and user friendly. The reporting system is great and there is so much data available. I love how the system is set up because it gives us full access to what is happening across our call centers. I am extremely happy with this software and would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to Asterisk. Easy installation - very straightforward. Excellent documentation provided (including all source code). A good learning curve -
