Easy to navigate and user friendly platform

I like that it is very easy for our travel agents in Australia, New Zealand & Canada (NZC) as well other countries around world such us Korea etc., It's great when they have questions or inquiries via email/phone call we can easily assist them with their queries which helps keep everything organised! Nothing so far just using this software but will update once used more extensively by team members who are yet inexperienced at useage within TA system - currently working closely together across…

Travel Assist - Excellent Tour Management Software

The best feature is that it allows us to manage our entire tour operation from one location. It's easy to use, has great customer service and is very affordable compared to some other software options. I do not like how slow it can be when loading data. Sometimes it takes several minutes to load data or even show up at all. If you are looking for a good solution for managing your tours and trips, this is it! Great way to keep track of all your business expenses

I like that it allows me access from anywhere, via my mobile phone or computer so i can always be in touch with everything thats going down while working remotely at home! The software is very simple which makes training staff easier for new hires who are not familiar yet but also frustrating when things dont work as expected sometimes (i think its because they have only been out there about 2 months). Overall great tool though we do find ourselves using other tools more than travel assist now…

  • Its easy to use and offers most services needed without having much admin involved hence helping keep costs low especially considering everyone needs remote access nowadays whether travelling/off site etc..I love knowing exactly whats happening throughout all areas including payrolls / invoicing keeping both you and your clients up to date quickly.and overall pretty decent support whenever any problems arise!!! Also helps prevent mistakes suchas double booking expenses where people would book something twice insteadof once !
