This project is 100% ICO coin, because they have paid so much on marketing, including signature and twitter campaigns, coinmarketcap advertisement
I do not know if there is some bounties in ICO phase since there is no information about that in this thread or slack channel as far as I know (Please correct me if I am wrong). But right now, there is signature and twitter campaign in Services section.
Pros
- It seems these coins really are new, the team is working to find the best idea of this coin, seems they don't hurry to decided so everything they learned by carefully. Let's wait and watch this thread so that we can know the ICO this coin.
Cons
- To be sincere, I'm very surprise about the level of marketing and promotional aggressiveness of Qtum team, I believe they price their project highly and I hope investors see it this way. For me this is number one ICO to invest into this quarter.
