I have this light because (1) it has a clip that I can attach, (2) it's a small light, and (3) it has a regulator. I wanted to put something similar on the head of my bed where my bearded ones bed is so I can wake her up slowly in the morning. This gives them a tiny bathing area outside of their enclosure, so I'm happy with what I have. The clamp is pretty strong, so I'm not worried about it falling on my bed (although I don't turn it on unless I'm next to them). This is definitely a well-made light! Contains two 25W bulbs and one 50W bulb. To be honest I would only use a 50w bulb but for those with other small critters 25w might be enough to keep their little enclosure warm. That. My room is set at 70 degrees and it has warmed up to 98.7. Works fine too!
