I love my pans. So far I've had them for three weeks. They are lightweight and easy to clean. No need to spray them with nonstick spray. I can turn food very easily. I have a convection oven and it heats up in about 2-3 minutes. My only issue is that I don't use a convection cooker, so it's difficult to get the pot temperature right. I have not washed these pans in the dishwasher and have no intention of washing them in the dishwasher. You can easily clean these pots. And as long as you're using the included utensils, you shouldn't have a problem with food sticking to the pan. Plus, they're very pretty (an added bonus). I recommend these pans.
