Do what they're supposed to - no flaws and fit well and tightly; Once installed I had to remove them and they were just as hard to come by as the original. FYI - Remove Default or this is the same process. I used a cut screwdriver - long and skinny, then bent the last 3 inches at a 90 degree angle. The center tabs have a right and left hole, use a screwdriver to go to one side and lift the center of the tab until you release it, then work on it.
