Great functionality for $. A Few Things You Should Know
Works as advertised. There are a couple of minor issues, though: it gets very hot when plugged in, and the SATA port is a bit fiddly to use. I've used it with a 2018 iPad Pro and a 2017 iMac. Both work fine, but as mentioned, the device gets pretty hot once connected to the network, whether you're transferring data or not. Maybe the plastic case only makes things worse.
