Review on Acer Predator Z35P Bmiphz - 🖥️ 3440x1440, 100Hz, Curved Monitor with HD Display by Asa Fett

When the monitor arrived I had no problems with this monitor when using the HDMI input, but with the DisplayPort cable that came with the monitor I had an instant signal loss on my old PC (ATI Radeon 9550- card) and brand new PC with NVidia RTX 2080 Super card. During gameplay, the monitor would lose signal from the PC every few seconds. The new computer lost the signal intermittently, and disconnecting and reconnecting the cable will solve the problem for a few days. After reading the posts online I found that others were having the same issue with this monitor. Bought a 6ft Accell DP-DP 1.2 cable ($19) and no more signal dropouts. So if you buy this monitor, be prepared to buy a higher quality DisplayPort cable. The rest of the monitor is great. Brilliant graphics and gaming at 3440 x 1440 is a huge improvement over 1080p. I just wish Acer would have included a better DisplayPort cable with the monitor.
