Review on 🐦 YINGGE Wooden Bird Foraging Feeder Toys: Enhance Intelligence & Enrichment for Medium and Large Parrots, Sun Conures, Caiques, Cockatoos, African Greys, Macaws, and Amazons by Crystal Harrison

Seems big for parakeets but still usable. Excellent price.

ATTENTION: Sawdust. You may need to dust each container before placing treats or toys in it. Maybe yours is cleaner, but there were a lot of small sawdust in my box. I blew into one of the boxes and a cloud of wood powder flew in my face. I had to use an air rag and wipe them all down to clean them and make sure no sawdust was stuck to my bird's treats. After removing that, I noticed it was a little larger than I thought it would be. I got it for my sun conure as shown in the picture but this toy is more suitable for slightly larger birds. It's fairly resilient to small/medium sized birds (which may need your help figuring out how to open boxes), but I'm sure much larger birds like cockatoos would quickly destroy this thing. If your bird can't open it, you can simply put out a small buffet of treats and toys so he can choose when it's time to play. The price was great compared to the bird toys at my local pet store. My sun conure was afraid of it at first, but when I started playing with boxes and a wooden ball in them, he wanted to play too. I let him eat treats off the edge of one of the boxes to get used to it. They're a little deep, so I fold the toys in just enough for him to reach. Overall I give 5 stars because even if your bird doesn't like it the box can still be a cute little storage container (threads). side) for small items like loose change, accessories, paper clips and rubber bands, bottle caps etc. I wasn't sure at first but my bird and I love it.
