Great way keep your office running smoothly

The best thing about this service is that the turnaround for the service is quick. I like that it is HIPAA compliant. EMR integration and automated faxing is a huge benefit. I also like that it is affordable.
I dislike that the service is not available in all states. We are a small practice and we need to send a lot of patient forms and I do not think we utilize this enough to justify the cost. However, I think it is worth it. We are able to use Medsender to send patient forms, renewals, and patient information to our patients.

Pros

Easy access from any computer or mobile device including smart phones/tablets which means you can get your work done quickly at home instead having mailbox full with paperwork waiting until office hours open again later when there may be staff members ready who have time now during business day if working offsite as much lately due COVID 19 closing most offices here where needed resources remote but still accessible while staying safe by remaining quarantined inside own homes without risk spreading
