For quick demolition

You could get a more descriptive name! I call them "demo" blades because they cut through wood and the nails don't slow them down much. Cheaper blades will stop and burn when hitting frame nails, but not this one. I've used them extensively in renovating my old farmhouse, and they've gobbled up everything from ship plaster with heavy nails to three coats of old tile. Nothing lasts forever, but the durability of these blades makes them a better value compared to cheaper alternatives that don't last long.
