I am writing this review on an 8 year old Asus laptop with 2.4GHz WiFi. The maximum download speed for me was 72 Mbps, which is frustrating in today's world. I found this tiny 5GHz USB wireless adapter on Revain, read the reviews and ordered it. Arrived in a day, opened the package, installed the drivers and plugged the device into a free USB port. Whammo it launched, I connected to my 5Ghz WiFi router and now it's uploading regularly at 433Mbps. Almost 6x speed increase. It's been working PERFECTLY for two weeks now and I can't get enough of it. It's always nice to buy something that fully matches what is advertised. Bonus!
