First, these brakes work as brakes with good stopping power. So let's get that out of the way. The reason for my bad rating is that even though they have the word "quiet" in their name, they are not quiet at all. In my arrogance I ignored the other reviews on here, thinking maybe people didn't know what they were doing. But unfortunately they were right and I was wrong. In my experience they squeak very loudly under light braking. Strangely, they are quiet under hard braking. I have removed the brakes, pads, rotors if applicable, cleaned and lubricated and no real improvement. As far as the squeak goes, I'm very disappointed. Let's see how long I can hold out before I swap them out.
