Fits display but does not use all of the original tailgate mounting holes. You would think that since they are designed to support a larger tire than the stock tire (i.e. heavier) they would use ALL the mounting holes to distribute the weight evenly. I also found that the horizontal surface for installing the third brake light was far from being parallel to the ground. Mine is tilted back towards the rear window which makes the brake light look tilted backwards. I added washers under the rear brake light base and installed longer bolts. Not the end of the world, but it could definitely be better. The upside is that it lifts the tire just enough to clear the bumper (33.5in) and looks like it will work up to a 35in tire.
