No support. in my review

These provided no support whatsoever. No adhesion meant it kept moving around in the shoe and I wasn't able to fit it where I needed the most support, which didn't matter in the end because they provided NO support. Returned.

ALL DAY COMFORT - They provide foot protection, reduces friction and shock absorption. Wearing comfortable with dress shoes, high heels, work boots, ballet shoes.
