The ability for your staff members or volunteers who are using it at events you're running to be able see how much space they have left in their schedule before they can commit time/space if needed. I think this would make things easier since when we run an event there's always that "what happens next?" issue which makes people hesitate about committing so early. If everyone knows what time slots need filling then they know exactly where they stand compared to others wanting same date times as them (or earlier). It also helps our volunteer scheduler keep track of hours committed vs remaining available dates.
