I like that we can see what our customers are saying about us, as well as how they're interacting with others within their organization (i.e., employees).
It's also nice being able to have an easy way to communicate back to them via email or text/call if needed - it helps prevent having to write long emails where you could be misunderstood! There isn't anything specifically bad at this point; however there may come time when something new comes out but since its been around awhile now not too much has changed from my perspective. We use centriment cx primarily so that we know exactly who needs help after someone leaves and gives feedback directly to those individuals instead of just leaving comments online somewhere else.
