I love how fast they respond when you ask them questions about your project! They have been able to help us grow our business by helping build relationships in various verticals such as software solutions & marketing automation platforms. The only thing i dislike was having multiple people working on projects at once which can sometimes get confusing if not communicated properly between all parties involved. However this has nothing to do with BTS but more so just general communication issues within my team/company. If looking to expand into different industries or solve problems outside of what we already offer then it's definitely worth pursuing! Their ability to understand customers needs and wants are unmatched. They also have proven success getting leads through cold calling & networking events.
