I love how easy it was for me to get set up with all of my information already in place-allowing me to have an efficient workflow right away! It's not perfect yet, but they are constantly working to improve upon their product. The customer service has been great at answering any questions or concerns we may have had. They really listen to what problems people face when using this system. Their support team can be reached via phone, email, live chat, etc., which makes things so much easier than having to wait until after hours/on weekends. We've used other vet billing systems before (both online and desktop), but none were as user friendly or simple to use compared to Vemaster.
