After almost experiencing leg sucking on my e-trike, I decided to switch to pedallock. They had great reviews. I paired them with a pair of Sandugo shoes. I played around with "locking" the shoe the first time, but it gets easier each time. They fit well on any shoe without an adapter. Attaching your shoes to the pedals takes cycling to the next level. My feet used to slip off the pedals when hitting a big bump. I've gained a new level of confidence and also more enjoyment of cycling. If you're a serious cyclist (I ride over 20 miles a day) you might consider them a necessity rather than a luxury for safety reasons.
